The Coolidge Teen Cinematheque presents:
JUMP CUTS: THE ART OF FILM EDITING

Lights! Camera! Action! Cut!... But what happens next? At the Jump Cuts Camp you’ll discover how stories are told through the film editing process. You will view and analyze clips from over 100 years of moviemaking to learn how films are put together to make us laugh, cry, be scared, and everything in between. In addition you’ll be editing your own film and learning editing techniques using Apple’s Final Cut Pro. We’ll supply you with the footage and instruction to cut and shape a film to your creative vision. For teens entering grades 9-11.
