Since it first opened its doors in 1933, itÃÂs been a place that touches people - sometimes through the magic of the big screen, sometimes through memories of bonding with neighbors during the theaterÃÂs ìstruggle yearsî, but more often just because the lifeÃÂs delights have a way of converging here. This is the beginning of our Coolidge archive stories. Please share any photos, memories, or documents you may have that will help us storyboard this classic feature. WeÃÂll publish special articles as the material comes in, and youÃÂll be rewarded with free passes to create new memories. Read a remembrance by Leonard Cravath, former usher at the Coolidge: |
