An assassin, betrayed and murdered by his boss, receives the chance to return from Hell—if he helps Satan conquer the world as the Spawn. 

Based on the comic book by Todd McFarlane, this action thriller tells the story of the burnt, scarred Hellspawn, who keeps performing heroic deeds despite the best efforts of his demon guide and the unattainable temptation to return to his former life.
