Thank you for being a friend of The Coolidge Corner Theatre Foundation. Our mission is to preserve this historic theater and provide films and events that entertain, educate and enlighten you. I am grateful for the financial support that members and donors like you give each year. Your support of the annual fund drive is needed as a source of income for this theater.

“The Coolidge” is well known throughout this country for its outstanding programming because it reaches audiences of all ages. What we show in addition to our major feature films is a wide spectrum of world cinema, documentaries, animation, experimental and local filmmakers. Many of these films won’t be shown anywhere else in Boston.

My staff and I have broadened the programming over the years to include a wide variety of live entertainment and special programs that make “The Coolidge” truly special. Plays, operas, puppet and magic shows for children, discounted matinee programs for seniors and newborns with their parents, and a film series for the Deaf and hard of hearing are just a few examples.

I want to continue to provide you and all of our patrons with the best programming but I need your help to cover the expenses associated with providing these services.
