Written by cosmologist and evolutionary philosopher Brian Swimme and Mary Evelyn Tucker, a senior lecturer in religion and the environment at Yale University, this award-winning documentary tells an epic story of cosmic, Earth and human transformation from The Big Bang to today. A panel discussion and Q&A with Swimme, Tucker, and directors Patsy Northcutt and David Kennard follows the film.

Co-written by evolutionary philosopher Brian Thomas Swimme and Yale professor Mary Evelyn Tucker, and hosted by Swimme, Journey of the Universe weaves scientific discoveries in astronomy, geology, biology, ecology and biodiversity with humanistic insights concerning the nature of the universe, connecting such big-picture ideas as the birth of the cosmos to the invisible frontiers of the human genome, as well as our impact on Earth's evolution.
